  • More load/resistance through the core, hips and legs with the band than with the KB alone.

    And as the Band Man says: "I compare this to using a weight vest. It simply increases the vertical load which in turn increases the workload."

  • Question: how does doing this ex. with the band differ from doing it with just the kettlebell?
