can you show some vids on declined fly's and declined bench press as well as declined cable fly's. i am trying to devolope my lower chest, middle portion. k thanks
@boyksa1 protein is definitely a great idea post workout. anywhere between 25-50 grams in a shake. a good thing to incorporate in your post workout routine also though is a source of carbs, this is what's going to help your muscles grow the most. the most convenient form would be a waxy maize, or dextrose, that you can just add and mix directly into your protein shake, if not, a banana will always do the trick as well.
post workout is the absolute best time to have a protein shake. ofcourse this is always in addition to a proper diet. my post workout shake consists of 1 cup of rice crispies, 2 scoops of whey, 1 banana, 1 cup of water and 1 cup of skim milk.... blend it all together, i usually have half of it right when i get home from the gym, shower, then drink the rest.... this mix works great for me, you should try it
@PikabooxxD Consistency is key here! Keep hitting the gym, perform more compound movements if your gym time is limited and watch your nutrition. Proper nutrition will dictate your growth. Great to hear you're back in the gym though, keep at it and grow, grow, grow!
@metalking40 Best thing for chest is bench press thats it lol the is the #1 chest exercise its base for chest and good for building upper body strength
