@DEEEKAYify hormones are for long term stress response, basically hypothalamus releases CRF which makes the pituitary gland release ACTH. ACTH passes through blood stream to adrenal glands and the same response occurs. just fight or flight is a straight stimulus to adrenal gland where hormones are used for longer sessions of stress

All the things you see evolved over millions of years because things that did not have them died. Yesterday i got into a fight and had this fight or flight. my heart was racing and i couldnt feel any pain and i was way way stronger so i went online because i wasnt sure what that feeling was. but in some weird way it felt good

Because the fight mode makes us focus more on one object and making us forget the other things, like whats happening behind us and things like that. And in modern warfare we usually have to be alert to all the things around us. So is it a good thing with fight mode in war ?

SO i would say *My opinion it could make things worse, shorter decisions, faster decisions, more stressed decisions from a fast paced mind scared and thinking irrationaly due to the fear. Like a man starving in the desert who starts to see water.
