Chelsea's is definitely rockin the look because Jana's bf;s frayed look jeans killed her look for me. The hat was over the top with the jeans, but I did like the bow and scrunched up sleeves, just wish she could've chosen a better pr. of jeans from her beau's closet...so, Chelsea for sure! =)
