wow Holland thats pretty damn far XD! i wouldent really know. for far places liek that i charge 10 dollars or to 15. im sure it woulden't coast much because there just plushies there not that heavy. annnnd as for patterns im to lazy to make one XD but i can give you a site that has similar stuff to what i have made ^w^

i usually charge 40 dollars a plush 7.95 shipping. but if you buy more than a plush i make shipping free but yes. its 40+7.95 also i always add a little extra something free in the box ^^
