Just say both her parents are dark haired with Bb phenotypes, B being dominant and b being recessive, just draw up a punnett square (google them) and you'll see that there would be a 25% of Chastity having BB phenotype dark hair, 50% chance of there being Bb phenotype dark hair and a 25% chance of their being bb phenotype BLONDE hair.
