  • Are the wooden coaster sound effects in this video a combination of MIDI ocean and applause sounds? :S

  • @MyNameIsNotPa The chain sound is from No Limits. As far as the sound it's making while coasting, what I did there is just tweak the tone settings in my video editing software(Sony Vegas Movie Studio). I basically just added more treble to the RCT3 sound.

  • The chain sound effect is off no limits coaster not rct3 they both sound and look completely different

  • What CS did you use to get the wooden supports?

  • nice

  • cs???

  • is this real or fake ?

  • i love the sound the chain lift makes its so realistic

  • awesome coaster man

  • were did u get scream machines supports?

  • How do I get roller coaster tycoon???????

  • @cheypengiproductions its at all walmarts

  • I have never seen any wooden coaster in RCT3 more awesome and realistic than this!! :) And this is not just something I say! I have seen many things in RCT3 and many wooden coasters that people supported but this one beats them all!!!! =D

  • You just gave me a new opinion for wooden coasters in RCT3....

  • I like wooden coasters these are amazing which supports did you use

  • WOW you could actually be a real rollercoaster builder! I would so come to your parks if they were real!

  • I wish i could build stuuf like that but i dont have enough time

  • did you use custom suports and extended parts in these coasters?

  • how did you get your wooden coaster to sound like that like the chain lift how did you make it sound like that

  • Good, but how do you get windows movie maker on rtc3?(like you see a shot of a coaster or something like that)

  • How did you get rid of the woodie supports

  • What did you use to make the add on supports for them?

  • How long did it take you to all the custom supports in?

  • one problem about this game is that the colors white and black suck

  • @Flanders637 Yes they do, except in the very late afternoon hours of game time. If you look at the pic of Scream Machine at the very beginning of the video, the white is very bright and looks nice. That's because I took the picture at about 7:30 p.m. I always do this, as it greatly enhances all the colors in the park. The only thing is.... The red sky gets a bit annoying to me sometimes. I guarantee if I took that same photo at 12:00 noon, it would look terrible.

  • where do you get wooden supports?

  • is there a way to control how many peeps can come in to you sand box park beacause more than 2000 peeps my computer starts to lag

  • @plopkinggamer Just to let you know, my park lags big time with or without the peeps. But.... I film it with the in game recorder so the video doesn't come out choppy.

  • @skywhirl720 so theres really no way?

  • @plopkinggamer Not that I know of.... The more rides, the more peeps. And vice versa.

  • @skywhirl720 u can use the ghosttown cheat where everybody leaves ur park and no one can come in and for me that helped a little until i made my park really big then it just lagged cuz of how big it was

  • @plopkinggamer how do you get the windows movie maker on rtc3?(I'm new just so you know)

  • wet n' wild XD

  • PLEASE, HOW DO YOU GET THE CHAIN LIFT TO SOUND LIKE THAT!?? (Please reply)!

  • @Hellokittycool1 I use the sound effect from no limits. I just recorded a video in no limits using fraps, then just use the audio from it in my movie.

  • I see some many great roller coasters being made on this game.. I wish we could get some made in real life to match them

  • Your roller coasters are really smooth. how long does it usually take you to build one

  • where do you get that wooden supports i can't find it

  • @Titanic125 The set is called Big Burgers Timber V2.0. It might be over at Vodhin's site, I'm not sure. I got it at Atari, but I'm not sure if it's still there.

  • How did u get the chain lift to sound like that??

  • @XxPAV3L0WxX I use the sound effect from no limits. I just recorded a video in no limits using fraps, then just use the audio from it in my movie.

  • love what you did to the park great job!!

  • Great video, straight to the point, no stupid techno music. Realistic and beautiful rides. Good job!

  • Great job! Incredible roller coasters and beautiful park. I need to learn how to do such a coaster. Good work my friend.

  • this is how 2 build a coaster great job!!!!

  • Goliath kind of looks like a dinn and summers coaster

  • Where did you get all of the sounds from?

  • @wripsy i think theyre from the game.

  • that was the most realistic coaster i have heard and the most realistic looking coaster i have ever seen

  • big burgers timber cs r really hard 2 use

  • all i know is that it takes a really long time to build with mobys steel jungle and i wonder how long it takes to make a wooden coaster look as realistic as possible piece by piece

  • it was allright

  • that is the most realistic thing i av ever seen on RCT3. 5/5

  • Oh.

  • What website did you get the(big burgers timber v2.0)?

  • I got it through the atari website. Custom scenery section of the exchange forum.

  • Really nice job

  • very very realistic

  • how do you get those sound effects like for scream machine it sound more like a real roller coaster

  • What custom supports did you use for the coasters?

  • Big Burgers Timber V2.0

  • very nice work :D

  • best digital costar ever!

  • very very realistic.

  • great!

what cs did you use for the supports?

    (sorry for my bad english)

  • @merlijn1998 This is perfect english and he used Whitewolf's timber I think..

  • thanks!

  • great ride

  • Shy guy circus center set 1

  • where can i get the red fence at 0:11

  • These are excellent, good job! My ONE criticism is that they are a bit too similar.

btw do you have an acc on the atari forums? You should show it off there ;)

  • you're just jealous^^

  • wtf? Jealous of what? I think they're amazing! Just similar...

  • how long do these parks take to make also how do u make the main street stuff ive tried but i thoughted it was way to complicated to even try

  • It's best to mess around with the main street pieces for a while on a blank park. Just see how they fit together. Also, go to Shyguy's website, he has a main street park that you can download and take a look at how he builds everything. I think his stuff is the best.

It's hard for me to answer how long the park took, because I don't work on it everyday. But large parks can take months and months, even more than a year.

  • yeah buts its hard i look at the main street stuff its just so much i just cant take it

  • Good 5/5 the no limits sounds made it sound more realistic

  • wat support killers did u use

  • I actually didn't use a support killer. You can read a description of what I did in one of my replies to a previous comment.

  • put these up for download!!!!! PLEASE

  • I cant get the original supports to go fully away.

    Can you help?

  • Try placing porch pillars from the western walls scenery (in game) right underneath the track. That's actually how I do it. The pillars will kind of blend in with the custom supports, so it's no big deal. I haven't had any luck using any of the support killers for wooden supports. I'm pretty sure there's a better way to do it, but I don't know any other way.

  • nice job! looks real!

  • how do u record sound?

  • amazing rides why does the chan lifts sound different?

  • any tips for bb's timber?

  • Ummmm...

Basically look at real photos of woodies on rcdb and then try to construct the supports as best you can with the set. It's a great set. You may not be able to get things exactly as you'd like, but if you take your time, you can make it real nice.

Just make sure and use his newer set, timberV2.0. You'll want to use that especially if you want to build a white woodie.

  • quastion did u start ur new park yet cause u said after 2008 video ur gonna start it.

  • Yes I'm working on it.

  • Were the supports 3h or 4h?

  • Well I used all different kinds of pieces from Bigburgers Timber V2.0. The angled boards on the lift hill sections are 8h. And then it varies in different parts of the coasters.

  • the supporting must have taken ages!

  • Yes it did!

  • Awesome Woodies! The supports were great!

  • that was an amazing coaster loved the supports!

  • Amazing amazing amazing!I loved every bit of it.

  • excellent. i really liked those coasters.
