Umm... I tried this on my PC with Windows IE 9 Beta and a VPC with IE8... In the VPC with show hidden folders on the "Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar" part disappeared...???

PCWizKid, you forgot one important thing!

For those that can't access the AppData folder, make sure to do this first.

1. Open up your start menu

2. Search for Folder Options and hit Enter

3. Make sure you check the box "Show hidden files and folders"

Then the AppData folder will appear, or else it won't.

@eitronify i set the appdata folder to be unhidden. by rightclicking on the folder and going to properties. i recommend you to do this too!

@GuitarGhost123 That doesn't work for all users. Some will get an error saying "the folder is hidden, you don't have permission to view it" blablabla.. It's better to just check the Show Hidden Files and Folders option

Let's stop the arguing, there's no Mac in his name so if your not using Windows or Linux buy Steve Jobs some new clothes.

Linux is the most advanced but due to finances it lacks most of the aesthetics and smooth animations and is underestimated.

Chrome Os is what Linux would be with financial support.

Mac is good but only beats Windows in ... advertising.

Windows comes out on top because of it's balance, customisability and the amount of support you can get for it such as this video.

well you can change the minimize effect you can also make the menu bar translucent and change how the dock looks entirely you can also use your screensaver as a background with out any programs thats all i can name off the top of my head thats only because i dont customize my mac but ill make a whole list later

@ghttboi search windows 7 orb changer. its actually quite simple with the program, just load an image in and replace it, if you dont like it you can restore the old one.
