Rockin would turn the stage into an earthbound battle and he can use all his PSI attacks for 3 turns and bring hell down

Love could make the 7th needle appear in front of Lucas and then he pulls it from the ground and the entire stage is engulfed in a great blast of PSI =)

In Earthbound (Ness's game) there is nothing that says about Poo teaching Ness Startstorm. According to Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Poo taught Ness how to use PK Startstorm.
