On sport - I have 2 x 3rd Dan Black Belts. Obviously, it dominated my life - training but also thinking, later I did kids soccer with my sons - committee and managing. Both were wrong. God is number 1. If we put anything else at number 1 we are the ones who suffer along with our families. Spending time with God leads to a calm, peaceful, loving and righteous life. I have a question. I may have misunderstood what you said but did you say that playing sports is bad? Or is it becoming obssesed with them thats bad? I understand that some people take sports extremly seriously but i dont see whats bad with playing them as long as they have a humble attitude(or watching them either. I know people who get real mad if their team loses but i dont. I just watch it to cheer on my team but i dont take sports seriosuly at all). Great video though!
@DWPKID16 The LORD showed me that playing sports will only open doors of things that are NOT of the spirit. Such as greed, competitive attitudes, self praise and self worth..and so much more. I use to LOVE playing softball, played most of my life and quit 2yrs ago because He showed me that we are not here to be entertained but to serve Him 100%. One must ask them-self.. WHY they want to play sports... when that time can be used to glorify GOD.

Please explain to me why you think being slightly drunk is a sin. Keep in mind that Noah became drunk but there was no mention of it being a sin (Genesis 9:21-24).

"and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens" implies that if the servant in charge is an alcoholic who beats his servants... then he is placed with the unbelievers. Drinking alcohol is not a sin unless you become irresponsible...

@AaronTrutsJC What sin cannot be controlled by Yahweh? With the power of Yeshua, you have the ability to destroy any sin. Granted you may have an "addiction" which is different from just "sin". Sin means that bad thing, whatever it is....is in your heart. If it is an addiction it MAY NOT be in your heart but you can't seem to stop. In that case you need special help. You need to confess it to others, get someone to be accountable to. As a single person you CAN STOP lusting. I've been there.

This is the sad state of today's church, that they become the very thing Christ condemns, and not just that they're blind to it, but they don't even want to turn from those ways. What I meant to say was you can drink alcoholic beverages as long as you don't get drunk (or really drunk)... if you drink too much its a form of gluttony, just like any other type of food. Please read the article "Is Drinking a Sin?" on "The Restored Church of God" and give me your opinions.

@Jacki79 No, Drunkards refer to people who are completely smashed, and have no control over their alcoholic habits. Look at Proverbs 23:29-35. "This is a description of someone who has consumed way too much alcohol" quoted from: "Is Drinking a Sin?" on "The Restored Church of God"
Please explain to me why you think being slightly drunk is a sin. Keep in mind that Noah became drunk but there was no mention of it being a sin (Genesis 9:21-24).
The Bible teaches that the misuse of alcohol is wrong.

I know that alcohol is merely a controlling and addicting substance that the devil will use to control ones life..because HE CONTROLLED MY LIFE THRU THE ADDICTION OF ALCOHOL. If you are getting buzzed.. drunk or "little drunk"..then you are sinning. There is NO compromise with sin.

Don't forget what was served during the last supper and what Jesus had said: “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins" (Matthew 26:27-28).

@Jacki79 Drinking has health benefits and the Bible acknowledges it. In 1 Timothy 5:23, the apostle Paul instructs Timothy to “Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach’s sake and thine often infirmities.”
"and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens" implies that if the servant in charge is an alcoholic who beats his servants... then he is placed with the unbelievers. Drinking alcohol is not a sin unless you become irresponsible...

@Jacki79 "neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."(I Cor. 9:25). I believe that the term "drunkards" actually refers to alcoholics here. It makes sense and fits in with the rest of what the Bible teaches us.

If you are now changing your point to its "ok to drink but not get drunk", then thats a wholllllle other topic. We need to work out our salvation with trembling and fear, pick up our crosses and follow Yeshua daily. Those who ENDURE to the end, shall be saved. God wants our whole hearts, not just 99%. Amen!! example, your a drug addict, you get saved, but you still have a problem. you gotta work that out, with His help.
you do understand if you are saved, you got SEALED unto the day of redemption by the Holy Spirit, not works we have done, but GRACE.
the word tells us over and over, it is not of works, but of Grace.

WE must pick up our crosses daily and follow Yeshua, deny our-self so that HE can shine thru us. REPENT of sin and obey our Father. I follow JESUS, not man or religion. Religion is dead. Those who know Him, hear His voice and seek Him diligently and obey. BUT we must REPENT of sin, there's no sacrifice for willful sin. OSAS is a lie.

@AaronTrutsJC What sin cannot be controlled by Yahweh? With the power of Yeshua, you have the ability to destroy any sin. Granted you may have an "addiction" which is different from just "sin". Sin means that bad thing, whatever it is....is in your heart. If it is an addiction it MAY NOT be in your heart but you can't seem to stop. In that case you need special help. You need to confess it to others, get someone to be accountable to. As a single person you CAN STOP lusting. I've been there.

Great message sis! I was thinking about this earlier. This is the sad state of today's church, that they become the very thing Christ condemns, and not just that they're blind to it, but they don't even want to turn from those ways. Instead of them changing, they make a god for themselves that approves of how they are and expects nothing more from them.

Very good share my friend. The book of Colossians, especially chapter 3, confirms what you have just mentioned from the book of Galatians. We as believers need to fix our eyes on Jesus. We also need to be diligently be seeking Him and carrying out His commission. God doesn't want us to be living for Him when we feel like it, but on fire for Him daily. Revelation 3:15 and 16,

Demons can heal.....I will NEVER allow a demon to heal me....I will stay sick until God decides it's time for me me to be healed! Or maybe I will never be healed.....but I won't sell my soul to the devil for health on this earth and eternity in hell!!

I hear so many say we are no longer under the law and I say that is right.
So when we fall short of the Commandments of God we have a new law and that is to repent with a repented heart in the name of YAHSHUA(Jesus).

thanks for posting this jacki. i was just discussing the things that you talked about in ur video with my cuz. yeah it's true... it is your fruit that show if you are a true christian or not. sometimes i find it hard to change certain things that you know you are doing wrong but the holy spirit does guide and show you when you are wrong and when things need to change. I thank God for that. And yeah we all gotta press on and persevere and overcome :)

Amazing video, it saddens me to see that many parents find it normal that children watch video clips. There is so much porn spoken or seen during those clips. Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings etc. people don't see the demonic powers in occult films.
