@MisterAdaggioChile: The S.A.W. audio track 'The Loco-Motion' (as released in the UK and most countries outside Australia) was issued on 45 in August 1988. 'I Should Be So Lucky' audio dates to late 1987 but the 45 was released in January 1988.
@silktwisteddagger The medley's probably only intended to be of UK Top 40 hits. Thus no GBI and also no All I See, It's No Secret, Turn It Into Love, etc. (The latter was released in the UK and made the top 40 but that was Hazell Dean's cover and not Kylie's version.)
