Anthony Jeselnik is amazing at roasts. Jeff Ross is good, but Jeselnik manages to make people at the roasts unsure about whether or not they should laugh. That takes some skill.

I'd love to see someone like Jimmy Carr or Frankie Boyle at one of these.
