If those shocks had anymore Rebound on them they would unload super fast after a full compression and the truck would crash and burn..

looks to me like rebound is too slow. The tires don't spend much time actually on the ground. when you are going that fast over terrain like that you need to be able to control the thing. Tires in the air have no control. They also don't get the power down very well.
