i love My 02 F-body. but if i could change one thing it would be the suspension. The stock suspension is nice and smooth on the highway but even on dry pavement it has very poor traction when it comes to turns. 1/3 throttle on a 45 degree turn your already getting sideways. if i had the money i would convert it to independent rear and drop the rear about 2 inches. and stiffen up the front. but its a Muscle car. handling like a brick is just part of the experience i guess. LOL!

this guys a true jerk. plain and simple. he didn't point anything good out about the fire bird slash camaro. in truth the mustang is poorly designed. it has way to much power for the rear tires therefore it has a lot less grip giving it poor handles and drive. the cars designers need to be fired. this is an embarrassment. ford will continue to lose in competition to more efficient cars. it is not all about horse power. you need more parts to balance things out.
