Unfortunately no, most games from Idea Factory hasnt been licensed. I think all the ones that have been translated are PSP ports.

Ah yeah, my fault there for forgetting Chaos Wars and Spectral Force 3.
I didn't mention Cross Edge as it has been developed by multiple developers though Idea Factory actually published it.
