how long did it take your bubbles to start traveling up the ladder? My bubbles just sit there do nothing

@TheBossManhunt Hi there, it took about a week until the bubbles started passing through at a smooth rate. You need to allow time for a bacterial slime to buil up on the surface of the CO2 Ladder.Hope this helps, Chris.

@PreviewHD I got mine off of eBay, I saw them once in my local pet shop. I don't know where you live but if in the UK, search for Kesgrave Aquatics on google and go to their eBay website. They always usually have them. If not, you should be able to ask an aquatics shop to get them in for you somehow.

@maxcruiser Yeah, I use a cup of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of yeast and warm water. I also add a bit of fish flake food, has always worked well.

what do the ladders do,is it not the same as having no ladder

@KETIMENE The ladder gives the CO2 more time to diffuse into the water, without a ladder, most of the CO2 is lost as it bubbles to the top of the tank.
