I think he is wearing oxy/acetylene googles and extends them with the paper. I am more distorted by the fact he is wearing no gloves.

Why would one ruin his eyes?
If they can buy proper tig welding machine, why not invest in a cheap ass mask instead of newspaper lol !

Poor guys. Will go blind in a couple of years no doubt. I've been to China and seen the welds they do and they are no good at all. Good people with their vision blured by bad politics!
