it's not even a penalty!!!

Defender was able to get inside of that slow attacker and touch the ball before offense kicked.

when players fall down it does't automatically mean there's a penalty.

If I were to call a penalty it would be on the attacker since he jumped on the back of defense as defense played the ball not the man.
