She was very depressed and I guess she wanted to end her life because no David, no marriages with the two she had, she felt as a failure. Most depressed people will revert to drastic measures, but she drank herself to death, she suffered from an irreversible broken heart. She had a heart attack that killed her instantly. That last interview you can see her puff out eyes and swollen face. She didn't look good at all. Such a sad end for a good actress.

She moved to the country village to be left alone, she felt that the city was to much for her and that the city killed her son. I guess she felt that if she died they would bury her in a lonely country village where no one would bother her when she rest in peace.
