The driver is a programmer simply helping out to demo the features not actual 'how to' drive. We manufacture simulators from our offices in Montreal, Canada. Office number is (514) 856-1556 extension 101
Please note that this is a feature video that programmers helped us to create. It is not a training video. Our mission is to improve road safety, by focusing on the driver. We manufacture as a result this professional simulator-based taining tool to meet the widest range of driver training needs.
@MrJacobnoel yes, it does. One the simulation ends when you crash. Two your driving competency score is displayed. Three depending on the crash causation and results, we display the consequences of your crash
@eljohn141 Effectively a simulator-based driver training solution provides control of the training environment. A trainer can finally control their training environment, which they can't really do with in-car training. For any given lesson, they could be a the whim of given traffic or weather conditions and never get around to teaching the driving goals that had in mind. With a simulator, they can and thus elevate driver competencies and hopefully road safety over time.
@bboymassUK According to our driving school clients - many of their clients have appreciated our hazard perception scenarios. If nothing else it seems to have raised their awareness to drive more safely, particularly teen drivers.
this car is a pontiac sunfire i know because it my dads car seats to even the steering wheel and everything is the same even the buttons (air condintioning).. this is cool
@MrTrexmaster9 - Our simulators are designed as driver training aids for schools, fleets or those involved in driver training or communicating road safety concerns. Our offices are located in Montreal, at 514 856-1556 x 101 or mike . reardon @ viragesimulation . com (take the spaces out of the email address to the left) - should you want more information like pricing. Thanks
The demo presents the latest technology for visuals, motion and driver controls. You will note that we use real-world driver controls. Beyond the technology, a complete driver training or research pedagogy is incorporated. Effectively a driver trainer now has full control of their training environment. A driving school can now measurably illustrate how they produce better drivers based on our simulator-based driver training approach

I love this.
When my wife was learning to drive i had her using RFactor with my g25 wheel (with clutch enabled) to practice gear changes and noise levels.
She said it was rubbish, but deep down she knew she needed more practice. lol
I wonder how many drivers eould fail your simulator on hazard awarness???
ta.
