@UltimateSnip3r Honestly, it just takes practice; take your time trying to learn, when you're going to take a shot, stop sprinting\moving, and don't do what most of the new kids do and jump around. If you need to, go prone, or take a shot, get behind cover, and repeat. It's really just all in practice. 1v1 friends, or play in sniper lobbies, y'know.

You just take your time to aim your crosshair properly..then you quickscope. I mean you take 1-2 seconds to aim properly not 10 seconds.
