I suggest you learn a bit about Fiqh - the majority of the Classical Scholars (based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah) forbade the deliberate killing of women and children. Thusly, most acts of Islamic Terrorism contradict the Shari'ah.

You know what Many muslims need to do. They need to read the Quran and truly understand it. Then they need to learn about Muhammad, s.a.s, I mean truly learn about him. Read his autobiography and see what a great example he is. They then need to go out in the world and make sure that every action they do is an Islamic way and represents the Prophet in a good way. Over the past few years, there has been a growing tendency to dub Muslims as terrorists. And leading from the front in this blame game is none other than the superpower, the United States. It is extremely sad that such a tolerant and loving community is being dubbed as behind the terror outfits.
Fantastic poem. Very moving. I wish I was aware of more devout Muslims who are not only for peace and love but also against terrorism. I wish both that there were more Muslims speaking out against those that use their religion in the service of hatred and that we in the US made an effort to listen to the ones that currently are doing so. If they really want house demolitions forced migrations etc. to stop they must stop giving their money to terrorists such as Hamas and instead use it for schools, hospitals and infrastructure. Fantastic poem. Very moving. I wish I was aware of more devout Muslims who are not only for peace and love but also against terrorism. I wish both that there were more Muslims speaking out against those that use their religion in the service of hatred and that we in the US made an effort to listen to the ones that currently are doing so. Perhaps Dr. Rafey or someone else could point some of these people out to me because I, like many Americans, am ignorant when it comes to this branch of Islam.

Muslims are made to feel that they have to condemn terrorism. Otherwise, its assumed, that somehow they condone it, which is a ridiculous premise, considering the minute percentage of Muslims which allegedly carry out these attacks.

In the mainstream media, acts of suicide terrorism are treated as though there is no greater horror, yet when an organized military invades a country killing thousands of innocent people, there is hardly any condemnation at all.

Everyone the World Over should hear this Lovely Poem. When I first heard it, tears ran down my face. I am not a Muslim, but an American who cares about "All People" of our very Fragile World.
