@LilianFork Sorry, Oleg (the guy in the video) IS from Latvia. It is filmed in Riga, Latvia. You are right about the language and subs in the video though, that IS Russian. Riga's population is actually mainly made up of Russian families that stayed in Latvia after the Soviet Union broke up...that explains why Oleg is Russian but he lives in Latvia.

Also, please don't generalize and say that people from one country are better than another at parkour. They are all skilled!
