This is a norwegian song called "Eg elskar deg" or "Redd for sterke ord" I dont remember the name of the composer, but it is very much used here around, didnt know there excisted a translation. Very nice playing and singing, goosebumps.

No, I remember it from my sister singing it years ago. Even googling the song did not bring any results. All I know is that the Young Continentals did it on a CD in the early 90's.
