When they're saying "come disconnect the dots" I personally don't think it's a drug reference. It's possible that the lyric is a reference to everyday life. "Connect the dots thoughts" meaning live your routine every day and never stop it. Think of this goal and what it takes to get there.

"Disconnect the dots" meaning, "let's get away from our routine and settle and relax."
