I don't think this class takes youtube seriously enough. Youtube and other communicaitons technology are not only changing our culture but they are changing our pychologies and there is no precationary attitdue towards any of it before its on the market. Newer, faster, more sensationl. Those are the only rules.

I keep wondering, as I procrastinate on my own reading for my graduate seminar, if this class is more a social experiment about what choices that users of Youtube make.
