Its fake.... 1) if that really happened the camera wouldnt have held the camera that well while running down the stairs and then pointed it perfectly at the guy that ran over the girl (a really scared person would have probably dropped the camera) 2) the car didn't jump up as it ran over her body 3) the girl was practically jogging (not running) when she ran into the street
