They organised one of these recently near where I live, to raise money for a deaf aid charity.

I work for a disco, and we have had a booking for a deaf group before. We laid our speakers down so they were facing the floor, and the people danced from the vibrations. Was a really good night, just because people are deaf doesnt mean they cant have fun :)
