No, I disagree... look, there are various and different ways of wrap, but, there are some basic rules of what is wrong and right while wraping hands.... and put your fingers together while wraping the knucless is a mistake, you can have serious injuries in your bones by doing that.

You loose mobility of your fingers, even worst... if you wrap your hands like him at 0:30 you can provoke a dislocation or serious injuries to your knuckles-fingers articulations and of course your hand!.

The technique of that dude is by far one of the best ways for wrap hands.

@EscarneoExquisito ohh for sure thanks man! i just seen that video yesterday im gonna try that but i think it might be to thick to fit into my Everlast Wristwrap Heavy Bag Bag Gloves i dont have the actual punching gloves yet...i just hit the heavy bag for now but im still going to try it anyways

You must use gloves for hit the bag, specially if your punching bag is heavy as you say, by the way a "heavy" bag is the one that have 100 kg or more, if you are just starting I strongly recommend to you hit a bag of 40 or 60 kg, if you start with a heavy bag of 100 kg and without gloves, I promise you will get hand injuries. So, take care.

@victhekid1 hmmm... just make sure you know the steps by heart, then it shouldnt be that of problem. you could try it infront of a mirror but i guess this would be rather confusing :)

i like your style, wrapping the thumb 1st..then after when you start with the fingers you go middle finger first...only question is: does it provide enough protection for the knuckles cause you seem to use a lot tape on the wrist? im beginner looking for a good wrap,.

@ENRIQUEGOITIA hey! thx man! i think it gives enough protection for some tough knuckles ;) and you should protect the middle section of your hand and the wrist. there are way more parts that can break and furthermore a good wrapped and tight wrist part (for me) gives a good, stable and strong feeling.
