Joe Brown is not the only TV judge that is calm compared to Judge Judy (Judge Judy needs to be on some high power meds to call down, she even yells at people when she is on their side! And have you ever noticed that she doesn;t look quite "right" when she smiles during the intro to the show?...but I digress).

Judge Alex is also calm and level headed as are Marylin Mulan of the People's Court and Judge Pirro. Oh and that Judge on Divorce Court is cool too!

Well, the show actually pays the participants. So, in that regard the amount was VERY small.

But, Christine (the defendant) was not as prepared as perhaps she should have been which probably hurt her more than anything.

She may would have fared better had she dressed a bit more conservatively and stood up straight.
