I saw Fugazi in 1987 at the weinberg Center in Frederick Maryland. They played with Jeff nelson's three , Fire Party, and Ignition and local band Why. What a Show that show was documented but only the drummer of why has the footage. i wish it was on here. my father shot the video of the concert. 5 bucks to get in what show. those were the days.

well emo used to be awesome too, like moss icon, rites of spring, indian summer, candylandcarcrash and all those were really good emo bands back int he late 80s and early 90s, then like Grade came along in the late 90s and did this jawbreaker with screams, like jawbreaker type pop-punk mixed with metalcore and they got big on victory records, and lots of bands imitated them and things got trendy. and that gave birth to the modern emo and screamo thats has nothing to do with the oldschool emo,
