This has scenes from a 1967 film named The Trip. All the psychedelic scenes from 1:19 on are from the film I believe.

And at 0:25 and on, the girls with the same outfit are German go-go dancers. There are a few clips of them floating around youtube,,,

@chicblossom The opening footage is from the movie Blow-up, directed by Michelangelo Antonioni. The scene is of a crowd standing passively while The Yardbirds play and Jeff Beck (if I remember correctly) destroying his amp.
