@xXFableFanXx he's on the pc, where you can change the camera angle with console commands. the xbox 360 and ps3 can't do console commands so you won't be able to do it on there :(

People who use cracks are noobs.. even an apprentice of programming can make a game like Oblivion launch without a cd. Its quite simple.. search for the application termination (game quits when no cd is in) then change it to "JMP" (Jump With No Check) instead of "JNZ" (Jump If Not Zero). Zero in assembly is "NO" and One is "Yes". Black n white. Yin and Yan. And other things.. :D
