Primarily I eat only fruits and leafy greens

Weird question: Today my home country Ireland won a world championship boxing match with Bernard Dunne and we also won the 6 nations in rugby (very prestigious apparently). We dominate in horse racing, St Patricks day is celebrated everywhere, our Traditional music is known all over and has much depth.

We seem to Punch above our weight on the world stage. Are we more in tune with ourselves or whats your opinion?

Yes the Celtics, of Irish origination where a very powerful spiritual group figuring large in the world stage, so Ireland carries that spiritual heritage. All nations have their spiritual heritage but I have noted it retains well among the Irish.

When I was in Ireland I asked the bus driver why the busses where never on time.

He said "We Irish people have a saying, ''Wehn God made time He made lots of it!"

I'm not sure if this is related, but I meditate every day.

Today, as I focused on my root center, when I opened my eyes, I noticed that everything in the room around me that was the color red was intensely more vibrant than everything else!

The major organs that I talk about in the RBAP course correspond to the different chakra colors of the rainbow,.

And the root center is the red center, so it emphasizes red in your environment since you see life through your aura which becomes red when you focus on root center

I think 2012 is going to be a revolution in consciousness more than anything else. It WILL be a catacylsm for people who don't like new ideas and the new paradigms of love and harmony!

Regarding ascension, this is a process of rasing rate of vibration of body, but the part people miss is that we can only do this by DESCENDING INTO OUR BODIES.

Love is mastery, and love is union, we cannot master that which we are not embracing
