@gomu269 I only tried the Wii version but the PS2 seems to have extras including the soundtrack and Japaense audio dub. In retrospect, if I had to choose between the two again...I'd go PS2. The Wii version is by no means bad though.

@PikaJutsu - The PS2 doesn't offer you the ability to switch between English and Japanese per se. The PS2 version comes with two CDs. One offering the English dub and the other offers the original audio.

I stumbled on this game while I was browsing through Gamestop, and it was the best impulse buy I've ever had. The characters are fun and interesting, all with very defined and unique personalities, and I particularly like fighting the bosses in the air. Love this game.

I have the wii version of the game and I get freezes on episodes 1, 4, and 5 of the boss battles. The game froze when ever I executed a special attack on the first boss from behind, on time square it just stoped in a loop after destroying all the spore generators in the air so I had to let two of them fall in order to advance in the game. I'm stuck in episode 5 because everythime I destroy the tank it freeses.

I'm wondering if the social link type stuff is as good as something in a game like Persona 4. I recently watched the entire Endurance Run on Giant Bomb of P4 and, until then, I always hated games like that. But that series piqued my interest and this game looks a little similar. Thoughts on that? Is it at all like Persona 4? Especially in terms of the humor, story, structure, etc. I realize it's different companies, developers, etc. Great review by the way!!

I have the PS2 version. Just beat the game for the first time tonight. I got the Gemini ending. Really enjoyed this title. I was a Sakura Wars fan from before, but this was the first actually SW game I played.
