It's true that Allah is merely Arabic for God....but that doesn't mean that when a muslim says Allah, he has in mind the same entity as when a Christian Arab says Allah. The Chechen Mujhahideen went to Daghestan because the Government there asked for their help to liberate themselves from the Russians because the Chehchen Mujahideen were victorious in Chechnya. It Is Islamically illegal not to help another Muslim when they ask you for help. Watch Emir Khattab's interview. that is such stupidity. in 1999 chechens atacked dagestan, not the other way around. To this day they keep trying to cross the mountains onto dagestan so they can take over some school or police station.... my respect to BBC just went down the drain...

inaccurate, in 1999 Russia didn't attack Chechnya, it was Chechen insurgents who entered Dagestan and begun the second Chechen war, look it up
