Some suggestions, don't try to track too much on the tripod unless you can move it smoothly, also don't move it much whilst shooting. A lot of your tracking shots are very jumpy. The shot at 2:45 is an example of that, it's very rough.

Try and keep the lighting consistent too, and keep your shots tight and fast to help keep people interested, but not so tight that all you see is someone's ass. Also try and keep stuff out the foreground, like people and bike parts!
