It is a chinook for civvies and it is really called a ch- 46 (like previously posted) in the military

Its not a Chinook. The Chinook is a CH-47 and much larger and in the US only in use for the Army. Its also technically not a CH-46. Its a Navy HH-46D, specifically from the HC-8 Dragonwhales. The codename is Sea Knight regardless of the variant.

Left landing gear got caught and then the pilot pulled extra power to attempt to break away which caused dynamic rollover. It was a Marine CH-46.
