I've been puffing reefer for years and I wouldn't advocate driving on it. Mabye a short distance early in the morning before other cars are on the road, but not in peak hour or on the freeway. You get distracted too easily and your reaction times are down.

first thing i'd like to say is thank you for the comment and the opinion, and that's not sarcasm either. i didn't make this video to express my own views--i did it for a scholarship competition. the words in the video are directly from the competition's guidelines. also, i'm not sure if you've studied or researched the effects of alcohol and drugs and how they are connected, but the people running the competition claim to have done that.
