I thought charging is different from passing sentence. One is charged pending confirmation/clarification of evidence. In football, ur charged b4 ur banned....I stand to be corrected..learning is life-long innit mate?

Mtumishi welcome to Kenya. If we were talking about US or Europe then it i would have agreed with you. people are jailed due to speculation and without evidence. The suspects even have to pay for their own lawyers even if they can't afford it. All they have to do is invite the Judge to a bar, pay him /her a little cash and verdict is set at the bar. No offense to you or anything but ignorance is not an excuse for blindness

Here wht he could do is put a TV/Radio announcement for whoever gives a tip leading to the recovery of remaining 25M gets Two Million Cash Reward anonymously. (Shida ni once these guys get out they'll kill whoever snitches.)
