I wonder how Anson Chan got into HKU, because obiviously, she couldnt answer people's questions properly(100%mortgage) and she made a lot of mistakes in her speech....and now, something like this is actually very common in the Legco, i wonder why she took it very personally... what a shame.
Tsang was making fun of Anson Chan's given name, using Chan's name to form some stupid phrase. (which the english translation didn't reflect) LegCo is a place for political discussion, when is the last time you saw government head of department pick on Legislative Councilor's name to make sarcastic comment?
I wonder how this Mr Tsang got into St Paul's Co-ed School?? He only regarded Mao Tse Tung as the God, so how could he have passed his Biblical Knowledge subject in school?
Another thing, why the hell should he be assigned as Secretary for Home Affairs? He should really be assigned the "Secretary for Washing the Brains of HK People" !!
He should understand that he is representing the government in the Legco not himself.
It is a bit shocked to see his appointment in 2007 who isn't really accepted in general.
