It's more than just RAM, theres GPU, CPU, Texture Memory, Physical Memory, Shared Memory, Threads etc.

Remember that before the Wii "couldn't" do things like Bump-Mapping and Normal Mapping, and look now. Don't expect anything more than a GWK for BO though (Maybe not even that). Treyarch just doesn't have enough resources and time to really push the Wii as hard as they can.

@runescapedOOd11 I really like HVS, for their first attempt It was great. I really liked TCon as well. Also, I don't think ANY developer will want to explain the technicals of why something can't/can be done. It would take WAY too much typing =P

Well HVS has tried to make the characters and modules looked wicked on Wii, although they were limited with rendering maps, which they're updating on their sequel. Honestly, Retro Studios is one of the best developers for Wii, take a look at MP3:C and then MPT with its patches and updates in all 3 MP titles in one disk, they knew the GC and Wii specs inside and out to make such beautiful lengthy games.
