What do you expect it was made in the very early 70's on a low-budget? This was before Star-War's or even Jaws came out

Most Godzilla films back in that day never made it over the 500,000$ range. A lot of people put a lot of time an effort into making those set's an building's by hand, not to mention the Godzilla suit was hot an over 200 pounds.

You may say the effects look cheap but a lot of people went threw hell to make these films n for there time, the effects r quite good

@starscream30340 I would give almost anything to have a complete collection of all gozilla movies, mostly becaues I want these fun oldies. I miss them so much. I grew up on Godzilla movies. I loved Godzilla before people knew what the hell Godzilla was.

Yea in Terror of Mechagodzilla, mechagodzilla just stood there and watched Titanosaurs and godzilla fight. In the end when it was godzilla and mechagodzilla alone, mechagodzilla wasnt aggressive at all. In godzila vs mechagodzilla, this mechagodzilla was ruthless and brutal. Through punches and actually kicked the shit out of our three heros in this one. Kinda disappointed in the second one simply because mechagodzilla wasnt as aggressive as the one in the first film.

1974 Godzilla vs Mecha-Godzilla.

Classic movie... i also recommend Terror of Mecha-Godzilla which was the sequel to this.. Godzilla has no partner an goes up against Mecha-G an Titanosaurus a new monster.

Easily the best films from the the late 60's an 70's. Until he returned from retirement in 1984...

It is the original "Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla." You should be able to get it through Netflix, but it's also available for purchase online. If you want to buy it, though, do your research first, and make sure that you get the international release, not the original American edit that has scenes removed.

How would Mech-Goji fare if he faced King Kong, King Ghidorah or Gigan? Gigan I reckon he'd probably send the cyborg chicken 'flying' off assuming Gigan doesn't close in too far. King Ghidorah - could go either way as both are actually durable to a degree (Mechgoji took 2 reflected beams, 1 Goji beam plus 6 hits). King Kong though I'm curious - would King Kong be mad with enough will power to rush close to Mech-Goji inspite of the beams and rockets or would he just be plushed like King Caesar?

@kingceaserkid12 Gojira must be - he had no choice - look what Mech-Goji did to Anguirus - look what he would have done to King Caesar - look what he would have done to Tokyo or simply he'd keep going at Gojira until he's practically a pile of steak ... How would Mech-Goji have faired against Anguirus do you think IF he didn't have the rubber suit? Would Anguirus have enough will power to chomp off some circuits? Or would Mech Goji still win? Afterall he may have HTH but its not 'perfect'...
