No it's for the Sega Saturn. You need a PC with a decent CPU if you want to emulate it.

So Ultimate Battle 22 is just bad remake of Shin Butouden? Why they didn't make SB on psx... :/

@brzostek97 Because PSX was better at 3D modeling than Saturn so Bandai thought itd be a good idea to make 360 rotating 3D backgrounds to separate the look of the two games but in the end it was a bad idea because Saturn versions 2D backgrounds looked better & lent to better game play. Making multiplatform games to be slightly different from each other was the norm back then. Nowadays multiplatform games try to be the same more or less

Why? This is much better than that game.

The sound effects don't sound like you're punching a pillow, and the super moves look like beams that go all the way across the screen. Not rejected hadouken sprites :P

music is not his fault. Console wasn't playstation or something like a 32bit machine system. I don't like that red "split screen" line at mid screen. I preferi ultimate battle 22 because is just a street fighter with dragon ball characters XD

This game is better.

It has:

Better speed (no jump floating)

Better hit detection

Better controls (moves were easier to pull off)

Better looking backgrounds

Better game modes (Satan mode was funny)

And doing basic moves was easier due to closer combat in different sized stages

If you want a SF with DB characters you might as well play Super DBZ or Hyper Dimension (which are both good too).

@ElfWhisper The split screen is pretty usefull in the 2D Dragonball games. And UB22 was nothing like Street Fighter or a good game at all.
