Most people tend to have pure bias's on certain bands to not even show up on a good list, let alone a very structured one, or one based on simply the technical and musical understanding these kinds of solo's bring. You brought a very strong, almost perfect list, and deserve high credit for that.

Dream Theater no se compara a las otras bandas, el solo de teclado de Octavarium, puede que no sea tan veloz como uno de dragon force u otra banda ( aunke Jordan podria hacerlo), pero la limpieza en ejecución, la composicion, el acompañamiento del resto de la banda, le da el Extraa, el fuaa. Además las demás bandas tienden a ser más Power Metal que Progresivo... Dream Theater es Progresivo Puro. Sin embargo buen video :) como afanado a la musika, fue excelente escuchar tantos solos =D

@johnpetrucci16 totalmente cierto. Para el momento en el que hice el video no oia tanto Progresivo, pero ahora sí. Estoy pensando en hacer otro video, pero necesito un poco mas de tiempo para saber mejor que solos incluir y balancearlo mas entre Power y Progresivo. Muy cierto todo lo que hablaste de la velocidad del solo. Lo importante en ese solo es la complejidad, la tecnica, la limpieza y fluidez con la que lo toca y el acompañamiento, lo que es todo infalible. Saludos!

Note the fact that the number one solo by JR is the "slowest" one. You dont need to throw two hundred guitar tracks on top of each other to get a cool and fast solo. Technicaltiy is a gift few has, but JR my friend does.
