With no disrespect to the many honest cops who went in to help maintain law and order, get their convictions right, and care about the public - they can't fire them all - unfortunately there's too many of them.

The important thing is not to let them ruin the rest of your life. (They took too many years out of mine.) You can't fight them, just sort your own life out.
