Well, you could make a symbol-button, then collor your button as the same as the background... Then you double click your button goto the frame where it says "down" or "over", then make the button a symbol-movieclip, now make an animation for you fade in (or out), so when you click (or just take your mouse over) the movieclip with the "fade-animation" plays. ;)

Ok, here is the problem:

onClipEvent(enterFrame)

_x=_root._xmouse <--this is Xmouse

_y=_root._ymouse <-- this is Ymouse

}

You have wrighted the same, xmouse two times, or ymouse two times, so the painting will only follow the x-cordinates, or just the y-cordinates, check it, iv'e done that mistake some times too :P

I dont know how to do that, you see, when you save the file it saves as a flash file, i dont know if there are any converters that converts flash files into cursor files, try searching on google.
