WHY IS THE SYSTEM SO MUSHY AND SOFT HERE?

THESE GUYS DON'T LOOK PROFESSIONAL.

MANY REMAINS UNANSWERED.

I DON'T THINK THAT THE SIZE OF THE AIRCRAFT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH TOY LIKE NATURE OF THIS LANDING.

@CoralPumps Man I think that you do not considerate some importants like: this aircraft is the most popular on world , because of this , pilots very prefere to fly on it so ,its easely so, maybe you of course heave doubt about this procedure , but I can inform, I am in procedure of aspirate to the pilot , I had the same experience in almost all of the aircrafts from Embraer jets is just like that : very simple experiencies of the flying . take really credit about what I saying on it.
