What I've heard is that she had a cold and performed anyways. The other thing to consider is that this was the first time she'd ever sung Complicated Disaster live and it does take a little time to get things ironed out. It's a shame that Open Arms was released as the single instead as I think this was the better song.

One of my very favourite Tina songs. She didn't have a cold. Just not a perfect night. It wasn't as bad as some think. She pulled it through.

i must say this is tina's worst preformance and first ever,,,i guess she had a cold, she shouldn't have chose that song to sing ,being it was the first time she has preformed that song, and it was live vocals,, should have sung along with the recored track,,, but like i said the first bad preformance i ever saw,p.s been a tina fan since i was 4 lol

Her live performances do tend to be better than this - she has the world record for selling the most concert tickets. I think a part of it will be the balance of backing with the vocals - not that great. backing needs to be louder at beginning especially
