Not a bad song for her set...but both Kiki Dee's version and JJ's blow this away. IMO Kiki's is probably the best overall but I prefer Janis' because I like her style the most.

Oh...and this song is NOT by Midler. It's Loraine Ellison ... but I think Melissa does better than Ms Ellison on this one.

The audio quality is great for a concert performance. She seems to introduce the song as "Stay".

The great thing about covers for me is that the performer brings something new to the original, as well as royalties to the creator. According to taste, different versions are preferred.
